We take great pride in our products and hope that you will enjoy shopping on our website. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange; however kindly note that all returns are at your own expense except in the following two cases: 1- We accidentally sent you the wrong merchandise. 2- You received damaged merchandise. Simply return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.Returns after 30 days are not accepted and will not result in a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange an item for a new one, please note that exchanges are processed as a return and a subsequent shipment. You will receive a credit issued back to your original credit card for the item(s) you are returning, and then charged separately for the exchange when it ships. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable

Who pays for return shipping?

You will have to pay the shipping fees for any returns, except in the following two cases:

1- We accidentally sent you the wrong merchandise.

2- You received damaged merchandise. In the cases listed above, please notify us immediately by email info@13.37.33.182 or by calling +9619220855. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. In all other cases, you pay for return shipping. Once we receive your returned merchandise, depending on your preferences, we will either credit you back to your original credit card, or provide you with an exchange.

How do I return something?

Please indicate in the email whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten (10) business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We prefer that you return your item(s) with DHL, however, you may choose to return your package via an alternate method of your choice. Please label your package clearly, and send it via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. What items cannot be returned?

Most items at klynn.com can be returned if they are in good condition, with the original tags attached. For hygienic reasons, briefs, panties, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

I am in Lebanon, can I return an item at a K-Lynn store?

Yes, you may return an item purchased online at any K-Lynn store in Lebanon within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. We cannot offer refunds at K-Lynn stores for items purchased online.

What countries do you ship to?

Shipping is available worldwide.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. Your email confirmation will include a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you to the carrier’s website, where the status of your delivery can be checked.

Does klynn.com ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?

The delivery will be within 4 – 6 working days inside and outside Lebanon.

I received my package, but why did I have to pay import duty or tax?

You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at klynn.co is easy:

1- Use the links on the top of the page: BRAS, PANTIES, SLEEPWEAR, etc. You can also shop by clicking on these categories and choosing specific Brands and/or Styles within the subpages.

2- Once you have found an item, Select your size and color and click on the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button underneath each item.

3- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag link on the top right side of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE FROM BAG’ button to delete items from your shopping bag.

4- Click on ‘PROCEED TO SHIPPING ADDRESS’ to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to set up an account at www.klynn.com to be able to place an order. Once your account is set up, you will be able to review your order history, track your shipments, and view your Wishlist!

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed.

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, gift wrapping is available. Domestic orders within Lebanon: You may choose to have your item gift wrapped in our signature black and fuchsia K-Lynn boxes. You may add a gift message during checkout and we will gladly include that in the package. International orders: Each order is carefully wrapped in delicate tissue and placed inside a branded K-Lynn shipping envelope. To protect it in transit, this envelope is packed within a DHL shipping box or envelope, depending on the size of the item. Please email us at info@13.37.33.182 with your order number if you need your item gift wrapped. **Please note that you may only ship to one address per order. How do I cancel an order?

Please call us immediately on +9619220855 rather than email. This way we can check whether your order has been shipped or not. If it has been shipped, you will have to send the package back to us at your expense. Once we receive the items, you will be refunded back for the cost of the item(s) on the credit card used to place the order. Please note that shipping fees are non refundable. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30pm Beirut Time.

Can I pick up my order from the stores?

Yes, once the order is placed, you have the option to chose whether you want it to be delivered to you or you can chose to pick it up at one of our stores. We will make sure to call you and coordinate to which store you would like your order to be delivered to. You can pick up your orders from any boutique of Klynn in LEBANON only, for Free within 2 days.
